Frequently Asked Questions:
Where is the market located?
The market has a new location as of the 2021-2022 season! We will be vending at the Boys and Girls Club Berard center at 941 Michigan Avenue in Stevens Point, WI. Find us there every Saturday starting in November through April from 8AM-Noon.
What differentiates you from other markets?
We are a vendor managed market and organized using a cooperative model so you know that we are ensuring that as many products as possible are created locally or from locally sourced ingredients. We also offer a unique brunch/dining experience each Saturday.
How do I become a vendor?
See the "Becoming a Vendor" page to review our market By-Laws and complete a Vendor Application.
Do all your vendors accept the same methods of payment?
All vendors accept cash. Many vendors will accept checks and credit cards, but you must inquire at each vendor's stand. We now have an option for all vendors to accept credit/debit! Go to our market booth and swipe your card for any amount and get tokens to spend at vendor booths. There is a transaction fee of $2. The fee covers our costs and any extra is used to support our Double Dollars Program for SNAP/EBT users.
Do you offer delivery services?
No, but some vendors do offer home delivery for products if they are pre-ordered and pre-paid. Inquire with specific vendors to see if they can assist you!
Do any vendors accept Food-Share/EBT?
YES! Starting in November 2024 we are able to accept SNAP/EBT/FoodShare at the market. Go to our SNAP/EBT at the market page for more information.
