Becoming a Vendor

Be a part of our co-operative

Below you will find a link to two different applications.

One is our 'Member Application' for season-long members who are committed to showing up every Saturday (at least 15 markets) from November-April. This must be filled out in order to vend at our market. ($250 for the season)

The other is for our daily vendors ($30 per Saturday). This includes Farmers/Food Producers/Flower Growers that would like to vend but can't commit to being a full member and any maker that is interested in joining us for the holiday season or for our SECOND SATURDAYS makers at the market events. If you fall into these categories, you should fill out the Daily Vendor Application Linked below.

Filling out these applications is necessary and ensures that we have proper information about the products you intend to sell and that they meet the groups' standards. Expect to hear back from the Board Chair with approval or denial of your application within 2 weeks of applying.

Applications are typically checked on Mondays each week.

Please take some time to read through the BYLAWS of our cooperative. It is imperative that applying members/vendors read through our bylaws and understand how this organization functions. They also serve as a way to help understand what to expect when vending at the market. Answers to many questions can be found in this document.  If you have any questions please navigate to the 'Contact Us' page to reach us.

Will begin accepting applications for new vendors for the 2024-2025 season on May 1st, 2024.  We do accept applications on a rolling basis. Noting that it is best to apply with 2 weeks notice of the start date to ensure  a spot and give the board time to accept your application.

First round of applications are due by July 1st and will be processed at that time. After July, applications will be accepted through rolling basis.

Returning members should have received information about our pre-season meeting in their email.
